A Blog dedicated to just that. An outlet for WE in our thirties. Why were we not
warned about this awkward transition? Grey hairs? Wrinkles? Body changes? Goodbye to our
twenties, when we were sure those things wouldn’t happen to us until well into our forties.
Thirty-ish’s know that the transition out of our twenties is hard—weird, exciting, frustrating,
funny, and so much more. But NOBODY warned us about it, and nobody is talking about it.
I want to change that. I’m a "thirty-ish" woman, exploring the many ways we can stay fit,
healthy and adventurous. Age should never get in the way of finding joy in daily endeavors, and
I’m learning all kinds of tricks for keeping up that state-of-mind.
